Cherie Payne brings 15 years experience in policy and advocacy, honed in government, private sector and civil society organisations on three different continents. She has served as Legislative Assistant to a federal Minister of Health, as advisor to a number of international NGOs, and as a director on the Boards of the AIDS Committee of Ottawa and the BC Nurses Association. In 2009 she returned from Ottawa back home to BC.
